<p>We’re looking for someone who brings energy, leadership, and a passion for high standards to help us deliver exceptional motorhome experiences for our customers.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>
<p>As our Fleet Delivery Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our operation — coordinating people, vehicles, and processes to ensure every motorhome is prepped, polished, and ready for adventure.</p>
<p><strong> Team Leadership</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and motivate staff across both permanent and casual teams</li>
<li>Organise staffing levels to meet business needs</li>
<li>Train team members in cleaning standards, cab & locker checks, and operational processes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong> Operational Excellence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensuring vehicles are prepared and presented to the highest standard before hire</li>
<li>Coordinate with Workshop, Logistics, and FOH to keep workflow smooth</li>
<li>Manage wash bay duties, fuel levels, AdBlue, gas, and weekly meter readings</li>
<li>Oversee linen and stockroom operations</li>
<li>Complete quality control checks</li>
<li>Support vehicle movements, relocations, and swaps</li>
<li>Ensure accurate stocktakes of all fleet items</li>
<li>Take responsibility for depot opening/closing during peak season</li>
<li>Keep all fleet areas safe, tidy, and compliant</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Lead deep cleans and snagging projects</li>
<li>Maintain yard maps and end-of-day checks</li>
</ul>

<li>A confident <strong>team leader</strong> with experience motivating and developing others</li>
<li>Skilled in <strong>conflict resolution</strong> and maintaining high morale</li>
<li>Detail-driven, organised, and great with systems</li>
<li>Resilient, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>A planner who can regroup quickly when priorities shift</li>
<li>A holder of a <strong>full UK driving licence</strong> (2+ years)</li>

<p><strong>Team Leadership & Development</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead a multi-disciplinary team of cleaners, housekeepers and supervisors</li>
<li>Provide cover for the Fleet Delivery Manager when needed</li>
<li>Support the recruitment, onboarding and training of staff to build a strong, capable workforce</li>
<li>Maintain high morale and resolve conflicts with confidence</li>
<li>Provide ongoing coaching, feedback and development opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all Health & Safety practices are followed daily</li>
<li>Plan staffing levels to ensure full coverage across all shifts</li>
<li>Drive exceptional cleaning standards and attention to detail</li>
<li>Support the team in preparing motorhomes to the highest standard</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Build strong relationships across departments, keeping communication flowing to ensure smooth daily operations</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who is:</p>
<ul>
<li>An experienced <strong>team manager</strong> with a track record of developing people</li>
<li>Skilled in <strong>conflict resolution</strong> and maintaining positive team culture</li>
<li>Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft packages and Airtable</li>
<li>Customer-focused with a drive to exceed expectations</li>
<li>Resilient, adaptable and calm under pressure</li>
<li>Highly organised with the ability to pivot quickly when plans change</li>
<li>A holder of a <strong>full UK driving licence</strong> (2+ years)</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Working Schedule: </strong>Monday - Sunday, 5 days/40 hours per week.</p>
<p><strong>Contract Type:</strong> Full time, Permanent</p>
<p><strong>Salary:</strong> £28,000 per annum</p>
