Fleet Manager

The role is based in Cairo, Egypt. 

 

Position:

As the Fleet Manager, you will:

  • Manage and oversee all fleet operations across the market, ensuring high levels of availability, reliability, and operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and EHS policies to guarantee safe and responsible fleet operations
  • Optimize the total cost of ownership through effective cost control, supplier management, and utilization optimization
  • Lead process improvement initiatives by introducing new tools, systems, and data‑driven insights to enhance planning, reporting, and performance monitoring
  • Drive green mobility initiatives, including low‑emission vehicle adoption, fuel efficiency, and sustainability-related improvements aligned with global targets

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar field
  • Strong background in mechanical and management systems
  • Experience with fleet operations, supplier management, and cost optimization
  • Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent English and Arabic
