About the role

<p>&lt;gh-intro&gt;<br>&lt;text&gt;<br>As a Fleet Sales Specialist for Bolt Drive, you’ll manage end-to-end sales and remarketing of used fleet vehicles across our markets, from preparation and valuation to buyer sourcing, negotiation, and logistics. And we need your help on this mission!<br>&lt;/text&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-about-us&gt;</p> <p>&lt;gh-responsibilities&gt;<br>&lt;title&gt;Main Responsibilities:&lt;/title&gt;<br>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to liquidate retired fleet vehicles, maximizing selling price and minimizing time-to-sale, while monitoring used and new car market trends.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with wholesale buyers, used car dealerships, auction houses, and B2B partners across the EU.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;Collaborate with local fleet managers to prepare detailed vehicle listings (condition reports, specifications, photography) and coordinate with Fleet Operations to ensure vehicles are de-branded, serviced, and detailed before remarketing.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with EU regulations.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;Provide regular reporting to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and future inventory projections.&lt;/point&gt;</li> </ul> <p>&lt;/bulletpoints&gt;<br>&lt;/gh-responsibilities&gt;</p> <p>&lt;gh-requirements&gt;<br>&lt;title&gt;About you:&lt;/title&gt;<br>&lt;bulletpoints&gt;</p> <ul> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;<strong data-path-to-node="3,0,0" data-index-in-node="0">Experience:</strong> Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale, international trade, or B2B sales specifically within the European market. You possess a strong understanding of cross-border distribution, pricing strategies, and B2B remarketing channels.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;<strong data-path-to-node="3,1,0" data-index-in-node="0">Commercial Communication:</strong> Exceptional negotiation and relationship-management skills. You are a proactive communicator comfortable with client outreach, lead generation, and cold calling to expand a partner network.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;<strong data-path-to-node="3,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Operational Precision:</strong> High attention to detail and accuracy when managing commercial contracts, export/import documentation, and complex sales paperwork.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;<strong data-path-to-node="3,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Analytical Agility:</strong> An analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data for pricing, trend forecasting, and performance tracking. You are a natural problem-solver who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/point&gt;</li> <li>&nbsp;&lt;point&gt;<strong data-path-to-node="3,4,0" data-index-in-node="0">Education &amp; Languages:</strong> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
