About the role
- Bringing the N Curriculum to life across different age groups through play and meaningful interactions
- Supporting room leaders and educators with daily routines, activities and care practices
- Creating a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children
- Building strong, supportive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Embracing the variety and pace of working flexibly across different rooms and age groups
- Following safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene policies
- Maintaining professionalism, reliability and a positive attitude throughout your shifts
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (preferred)
- A flexible, reliable approach and ability to adapt quickly to different rooms and teams
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and safeguarding knowledge (or a willingness to train)
- A passion for helping children grow, learn and thrive
- A positive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
