You’ll be the face of FlixShop in Warsaw helping travelers, managing departures, and promoting our green mobility mission.</p> <p><strong>This is a limited position only for summer period.</strong></p> <h3><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About the Role</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support and advise passengers on travel options while actively promoting FlixBus products and services</li> <li>Welcome and guide travelers at the FlixShop in Warsaw, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience</li> <li>Manage ticket sales, changes, and refunds, including cash desk operations and sales systems</li> <li>Provide accurate travel information and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and on-site disruptions</li> <li>Coordinate coach arrivals and departures in close collaboration with drivers and operations teams</li> <li>Monitor service quality, report operational issues (e.g. delays, incidents), and ensure compliance with standards and targets</li> <li>Maintain shop operations, including cleanliness, equipment, lost &amp; found handling, and adherence to health &amp; safety guidelines</li> </ul> <h3><strong data-renderer-mark="true">About You</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Fluency in Polish</li> <li>Good command of English</li> <li>Knowledge of Ukrainian is an advantage</li> <li>Willingness to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends</li> <li>Flexibility (shift-based work between 7:00 a.m. and 10:30 p.m.)</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a positive attitude</li> <li>Ability to work under time pressure</li> <li>Experience in customer service and/or sales</li> <li>Independence and resourcefulness</li> </ul> <p><strong data-renderer-mark="true">We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
