What you’ll be doing
- Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Drive sales performance and smash targets
- Create a high-energy, positive store culture
- Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
- Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
What we’re looking for
- Proven Store Management experience in Optics at Senior Store Manager level
- Experience - Previous experience in Optics at a Senior Store Manager level a must
- This is a floating role, depending on the needs of the business so reliable transport is a must
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
- High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
- Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
