What you’ll be doing


  • Lead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  • Drive sales performance and smash targets
  • Create a high-energy, positive store culture
  • Partner with your Optometrist to grow both retail and clinical success
  • Run a smooth, efficient operation—without ever compromising on service
  • This is a newly created role opening due to business growth. You will still have a base store and will eventually move into your own new or existing store.


What we’re looking for


  • Proven Store Management experience in Optics or Retail at a Senior Store Manager level (or equivalent)
  • Experience - Previous experience in Optics at a Senior Store Manager level an advantage  
  • This is a floating role, depending on the needs of the business so reliable transport is a must.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • High energy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
  • Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
