Based in Tywyn, Mid Wales, between the stunning Snowdonia mountain range and picturesque local beaches. The site specialises in crafting high-quality, great-tasting snack bars that deliver on health, flavour, and texture.</p>

<p><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8">The role will encompass all aspects of Warehousing from receiving deliveries, supplying the factories with materials to loading outbound orders, and everything in between. Completing tasks to </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8">maintain</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8"> </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8">accurate</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8"> stock levels, working </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8">safely</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8"> and adhering to the adopted food safety standard.</span></p>
<p><strong><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW79853502 BCX8">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure stock is rotated and used in order of date expiry</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Inspect materials prior to issuing to factory for damage or defect</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Report or rectify any stock discrepancies when observed</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure all physical transactions are replicated on Stock Control computer system (ERP)</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure warehouse facilities are secure at all times</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Comply with company ‘clean as you go’ policy specifically ensuring yards and loading bays are free from debris and food</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Liaise with delivery drivers and the Public to maintain a harmonious working environment during busy delivery periods</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Take care of your own Health & Safety and that of those who may be affected by your actions</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide suggestions on ways of improving efficiency and reducing waste</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Work effectively as part of a team whilst maintaining the capability to function individually</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Carry out daily inspections of FLT vehicles against supplied check sheet, report defects</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Carry out any reasonable request in the most efficient way</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Respect and value other members of staff to create a positive working environment</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Have a responsibility for the food safety, Quality and legality of finished product in conjunction with the tasks of their role</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Carry out baling activities from waste generated from production activities. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Carry out high level cleaning where needed.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"335559738":240,"335559739":240}"> </span></p>

<li><span data-contrast="auto">Counter-balance FLT license and experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Previous experience in warehousing would be desirable</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Good level of computer literacy. </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Use of Excel and ERP/WMS system</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">High level of numeracy will be required for all aspects of this role.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"335559739":0}"> </span></li>
