Food and Beverage Attendant

The Role

We are seeking Food and Beverage Attendants in our restaurant, bar, conferencing, and room service functions, to ensure our guests have a great experience dining with us.

These fun and busy service roles suit people who are used to working in a fast paced environment, such as a large restaurant or hotel. You will be a professional at working under pressure whilst working to tight timeframes and problem solving on the spot.

We have full-time positions available for passionate hospitality professional looking to grow with us at our stunning new 4.5-star hotel. This role will have a strong focus on our bar area so bar experience is a must

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm engaging welcome to all guests
• Preparation of the restaurant across all daily shifts
• Seating guests, taking orders and delivering exceptional service at all times
• Taking external and internal phone inquiries and delivery of room service
• Settling guest accounts
• Ensuring a positive resolution and follow up with any guest complaints

Requirements

• Previous experience in a busy hotel or restaurant environment
• Planning and organising skills and an ability to work individually and in a team
• Excellent time management abilities
• Flexible to work rostered shifts, including weekends, late nights and public holidays.
• Valid Right to Work in NZ
