Business Assurance in Japan consists of 2 main service lines, i.e. Management System Certification and Training.

The F&B Auditor is a techno-commercial role responsible for leading the development of the F&B business, delivery of projects, and ensuring service excellence for clients. You help clients implement, improve and demonstrate their commitment to international and local standards.  You will get the opportunity to lead and develop our work on a wide range of Food and Beverage services from auditing, training services including product certification. This position reports to the Quality Manager.
F&B（食品・飲料）監査員は、技術的知見と商業的視点を兼ね備えた役割であり、F&Bビジネスの発展をリードし、プロジェクトの遂行と顧客への優れたサービス提供を担います。
顧客に対しては、国際および国内の規格・基準への適合を導入・改善・実証する支援を行います。

このポジションでは、監査業務を中心に、トレーニングサービスや製品認証など、食品・飲料分野における幅広いサービスの推進・発展をリードする機会が与えられます。
本職は、品質マネージャーの直属となります。

RROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

You will be expected to lead and support the growth of our sales and delivery for a range of services and may have specialism and expertise in several of them, including:

• Supporting the sales team through technical advice and guidance;
  技術的なアドバイスや指導を通じて営業チームをサポートする
• Training and capacity building services
  トレーニングおよび能力開発サービス
• Conducting 3rd party audits for various food safety schemes including, Quality Management System, and other specific scheme audits including Audit report writing
  様々な食品安全スキーム（品質マネジメントシステム、その他特定のスキーム監査を含む）の第三者監査の実施（監査報告書の作成を含む）
• Key customer management and stakeholder engagement
  重要なお客様の対応・管理と、関係者（ステークホルダー）との良好な関係づくり
• Managing the qualifications of other team members in conjunction with Global Compliance Unit, other accredited bodies and with the Resource and Technical team
  グローバルコンプライアンス部門や他の認定機関、リソース／技術チームと協力しながら、チームメンバーの資格や認定状況を適切に管理する
• Enterprise risk management
  企業リスクマネジメント
