Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across 4 branches
Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and customer service
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control
Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational issues
Coordinate with senior management to achieve business goals
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently
Good knowledge of cost control, inventory, and operations
Flexible and able to work under pressure
