About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise daily Food & Beverage operations across 4 branches

  • Ensure consistent quality of food, beverages, and customer service

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures

  • Monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control

  • Train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational issues

  • Coordinate with senior management to achieve business goals

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage management

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple locations efficiently

  • Good knowledge of cost control, inventory, and operations

  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
