About the role
Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and grow the company’s global affiliate program, with a focus on high-value partnerships.
Leverage your existing affiliate book to bring onboard active affiliates and IBs.
Negotiate and implement CPA, CPL, and hybrid deals to maximize ROI.
Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Identify new partnership opportunities across global markets, with a special focus on MENA, Europe, and emerging regions.
Provide ongoing support to affiliates, ensuring strong and lasting relationships.
Coordinate with marketing, compliance, and operations teams for smooth affiliate onboarding and tracking.

Requirements
Mandatory: A strong, active affiliate book in the Forex/CFD industry.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in affiliate management for a regulated Forex broker.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high-value deals.
Proven track record of driving affiliate growth and meeting KPIs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of regulatory requirements in key markets.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
