Forward Deployed Analyst, Bangalore

• 5+ years of experience in data science, engineering, or analytics
• Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business problems into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-volume operational environments (e.g., logistics, marketplaces, fulfillment, or similarly dynamic domains)
• Proficiency with SQL, data transformation techniques, and modern analytics tooling
• Experience building dashboards, analytical models, or decision-support workflows that support daily business operations
• Comfort working with APIs, data pipelines, and data access technologies
• Familiarity with AI concepts, large language models, or AI-assisted workflows (not required, but preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex workflows into measurable components
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and business partners to deliver cross-functional analytical projects
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders and guide them through analytical and AI-enabled transformations
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• Base Salary: ₹4,489,180 - 6,733,770 INR
