As customers progress through their DevRev journey, they may require complex integrations with enterprise systems, workflow automation, or custom enhancements to the platform.</p> <p>As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-impact AI-driven solutions, integrations, and automations. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless, robust, and scalable solutions, while mentoring junior engineers and influencing technical strategy.</p> <p><strong>Objectives:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the design, development, and implementation of integrations, automations, and customizations across DevRev and customers’ workflows.</li> <li>Utilize advanced AI techniques, including Generative AI, prompt engineering, and semantic search fine-tuning to solve complex customer problems.</li> <li>Conduct sophisticated data analysis, write advanced SQL queries, and create dashboards to drive strategic decisions.</li> <li>Proactively manage communication and feedback loops with all stakeholders, including customers, engineering, product, and customer success teams.</li> <li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing and technical excellence.</li> <li>Explore and adopt new technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities and customer solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.</li> <li>Extensive hands-on coding experience in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.</li> <li>Strong experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vector databases, and data embeddings.<br><br></li> <li>Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable, and customer-focused solutions.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.</li> <li>Result-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment.</li> <li>Passion for solving challenging problems and driving high-impact solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Nice to Have:</em></strong></p> <p><em>Experience with Golang, NodeJS, or other backend technologies.</em><em>Prior experience in customer-facing solution engineering or consulting.</em></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>DevRev is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, age, genetic information, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy or related condition, or any other basis protected by law.</em></p></div>
