We are headquartered in Singapore and have more than 400 employees across a wide range of disciplines in strategy, design, architecture, technology, data &amp; AI.</em></span></p></div><p><strong>Our Purpose</strong></p> <ul> <li>Place client value and human experience at the centre of everything we do.</li> <li>Leverage technology, AI and data to solve complex business challenges and deliver transformative outcomes.</li> <li>Build trusted, scalable, and impactful digital solutions across public and private sectors.</li> <li>Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning across our teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Role</strong></p> <ul> <li>Partner closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.</li> <li>Design, build, and deploy production-grade applications that leverage AI, data, and cloud technologies to create measurable business value.</li> <li>Work directly with client stakeholders, product teams, AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.</li> <li>Rapidly prototype, iterate, and productionise solutions based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.</li> <li>Serve as a trusted technical advisor, bridging business needs and technical implementation.</li> <li>Invest continuously in building and extending your technical, consulting, and domain expertise.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements </strong></p> <p><u>Software Engineering &amp; Development</u></p> <ul> <li>Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building scalable, production-grade applications.</li> <li>Proficiency in Python and modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Node.js.</li> <li>Experience developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.</li> <li>Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is advantageous.</li> </ul> <p><u>Cloud &amp; Platform Engineering</u></p> <ul> <li>Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.</li> <li>Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.</li> <li>Understanding of scalability, reliability, and distributed systems.</li> </ul> <p><u>AI &amp; Data Applications</u></p> <ul> <li>Experience integrating AI, GenAI, or machine learning capabilities into business applications.</li> <li>Familiarity with platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, LangChain, or LangGraph is advantageous.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate with AI Engineers and Data Scientists to productionise AI solutions.</li> </ul> <p><u>Client Delivery &amp; Consulting</u></p> <ul> <li>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver solutions in ambiguous environments.</li> <li>High ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives end-to-end.</li> <li>Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences.</li> <li>Ability to quickly understand client challenges and translate them into practical solutions.</li> <li>Comfortable engaging clients directly.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><em>Temus is an equal opportunities employer.
