<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join its client’s Fostering team based in Preston.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What will your responsibilities be?</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">In this role, you will:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Supervise and support foster parents, including induction and TSDS portfolio completion.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct Form F assessments and regular support visits.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Facilitate monthly reflective sessions to enhance carers’ understanding of child development.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work directly with children to promote stability and positive outcomes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify training needs and develop Personal Development Plans (PDPs).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Conduct unannounced visits, health & safety checks, and risk assessments.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Present Annual Reviews to the Faith Fostering Panel.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Prepare reports for LAC reviews and placement stability meetings.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Respond to referrals, match placements, and liaise with local authorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Participate in recruitment campaigns and assess foster carers’ ongoing suitability.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Attend monthly reflective supervision with the Registered Manager.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure full compliance with safeguarding legislation and agency policies.</span></li>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">To be successful in this role you must have:</span></p>
<ul style="text-align: justify;">
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">A degree in Social Work (Bachelor’s or Master’s)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Registration with Social Work England (SWE)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (preferred)</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Knowledge of systemic and social learning theories</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proficiency in digital record-keeping and documentation</span></li>
</ul>
