About the role

• Keep our website fresh and converting - rebuild where needed, turn AI-assisted drafts into production-ready pages, and improve SEO / GEO performance.
• Run our company LinkedIn and help our founders show up as pharma thought leaders.
• Level up our product newsletter, which goes out to all Cellbyte users, many of whom work for Top 20 pharma companies, innovative biotech companies, and top-tier consultancies.
• Design on-brand assets and support sales deck design and formatting (Claude Design, Canva, Powerpoint).
• Bring a numbers-driven mindset - measure campaign performance, content engagement and conversion rates, and use the data to improve.
• Help us show up at conferences and events - materials, booth and logistics, plus the travel and coordination around them.
• Keep things moving and make our Munich office a great place to host customers, talent and investors - pitching in on the variety of tasks that come with an early-stage startup.

• You have great taste and high standards - you love marketing, content and branding, and want everything Cellbyte puts out, online and offline, to look top-notch.
• You understand marketing as an important pillar of building and scaling a fast-growing company.
• You're a capable writer who can research a topic, draft with AI tools, and sharpen it through feedback - you don't need to be a pharma expert on day one.
• You're highly organized and like turning many moving pieces into a steady rhythm, happy to own channels end-to-end (LinkedIn, newsletter) and ship fast.
• You're energized by a high-variety startup environment and happy to jump in beyond marketing when it helps the team.
