**Key responsibilities**
- **Investor and business development:** Recherchiere VCs und Angels, bereite Pitches vor, CRM-Pflege und Follow-ups
- **Admin & Finance:** Bewinge Steuern und Rechnungen, Budgets Förderungs-Papierkram, Labor- und Bürobedarf
- **Special projects:** Alles von Accelerator-Bewerbungen für den Arbeitsalltag
- **Tooling and Processes:** Designe leane Prozesse für den Arbeitsalltag
Requirements
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Klares **Englisch in Schrift und Wort**
- **Deutsch** min. **Level C1**
- **Bewiesenes Organisationstalent:** Du bist ordentlich und beherrscht u.a. MS Office, Notion, OneDrive, LinkedIn
- **Proaktives Problemlösen:** Du erkennst und löst Bottlenecks, bevor sie am Tisch der Gründerin landen
- **Adlerauge für Details** (wir werden es testen).
- **Nice-to-haves:** grundlegende Biotech-Begriffe, Illustrator/Canva/Figma, Erfahrungen mit deutscher Bürokratie, Hintergrund in Finanzen/Business/BWL

- Flexible 10-20 h/Woche 1-2 Tage/Woche vor Ort (Garching), Rest remote
