- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, open doors with senior pharma decision makers, run demos, and close deals.
- In the early days, run your own outbound across email and LinkedIn to book meetings - you don't wait for leads to come to you.
- Land pilots and convert them into recurring annual platform contracts.
- Grow and expand existing accounts: map buying committees, build champions, and climb into bigger budgets and broader teams.
- Sell as a team of two: pull in the founders and domain experts for deep market-access conversations, while you own the deal and drive it to close.
- Keep CRM hygiene tight and maintain an honest, weighted pipeline so we can forecast accurately.
You might be a fit if…
- You have 3+ years in B2B software / SaaS sales and have carried - and beaten - a closing quota selling complex or technical products into large enterprises.
- You're a closer first. You know how to drive a deal forward, navigate procurement, and get signatures over the line.
- You're hungry, high-energy, and resilient - you thrive at startup speed and want ownership, not a playbook handed to you.
- You're comfortable owning your own outbound and opening doors. You're not afraid to reach senior decision makers cold, and you can hold a credible, value-driven conversation with VP- and director-level buyers.
- Bonus: exposure to pharma, market access, or life sciences from a software or analytics vendor - we can teach you the domain; we can't teach you how to sell.
- You’re genuinely excited about AI and pharma, and want to understand how we create value for customers.
- Fluent English; German is a plus.
