About Aurelian
- Be one of the first sales team-members on Aurelian, running sales from first to last contact
- Develop Sales Strategy: Craft and implement a go-to-market strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies
- Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with the founding team to align sales efforts with company objectives and product roadmap
- Represent Aurelian: Attend industry events and conferences to promote our brand and expand our network
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in SaaS solutions for public safety
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans
- Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of our industry to effectively communicate product value
- Experience working at early-stage startups
- Sales operations experience to build out sales-stack
