About the role

Arcadia Network is an EXIST-backed startup based in Munich, building custom AI software for executive search.

We are entering a more market-facing phase and are looking for a commercially strong founding team member to help shape sales, partnerships, and go-to-market execution in the German market.

You would work directly with the founders and play a key role in helping Arcadia grow from an early-stage product into a strong commercial business.

Tasks

What you will work on

  • Drive early sales conversations and customer development
  • Help refine our business model and go-to-market strategy
  • Build relationships with early partners and clients
  • Support positioning, messaging, and commercial storytelling
  • Contribute to strategic decisions together with the founding team
  • Help shape how Arcadia enters and grows in the German market

Requirements

What we are looking for

  • Advanced German and strong English
  • Based in Munich or willing to work closely with the team here
  • Strong interest in startups, business building, and early-stage growth
  • Experience or strong intuition in sales, partnerships, GTM, marketing, or venture development
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership
  • Able to think strategically and execute practically
  • Ideally some exposure to SaaS, HR-tech, executive search, recruiting, or AI
