About the role

Every Hobbes customer has their own positioning, pricing, and objections. You'd work directly with each of them, usually their founder or VP of Sales, to translate all of that into an agent that runs their first sales call 24/7. You watch every conversation, spot the patterns, retrain the agent, and tell us when the product itself needs to change. It's a new kind of role. You'd be the first to define it.

About Hobbes

A company's most valuable asset is the conversation it has with a buyer. Most B2B websites lose that conversation at the "request a demo" form. Hobbes runs real, conversational product demos 24/7. That's Phase 1. The real bet is a self-improving agentic layer that runs the revenue side of a business.

Every conversation a prospect has with the agent is logged, measured, and fed back into the product. Five prospects tell Hobbes they want to buy but need Hubspot integrated as a non-starter? Hobbes creates the PR autonomously and updates those prospects that it's ready to go-live.

We have secured $6M in funding and have tripled since February, mostly on inbound. One customer 2x'd their revenue within 8 weeks of deploying Hobbes. Another closed a deal within 2-hours of Hobbes going live on their site. Now we need to deploy it within our customers' environments.

What you'll do

  • Onboard every new customer, deeply. Their product, tiers, personas, positioning, pricing, top objections.

  • Turn that into an agent that sells their product as well as their best rep does.

  • Watch conversations as they happen. Find the patterns. Retrain the agent weekly.

  • Be on Slack Connect with every customer. They ping you; you make it work.

  • Tell the product team what's breaking. This role is the fastest feedback loop in the company.

What we're looking for

  • You understand positioning. Three-tier SaaS product, you can tell which tier fits which buyer, and teach an agent to do the same.

  • You actually like talking to founders and VPs of Sales. You remember their names.

  • You automate by instinct. Third time doing something manually, you build a script.
