Founding Finance & BizOps Leader

Our client, an AI-native firm at the intersection of finance, venture capital, and financial services, is seeking a Founding Finance & BizOps Leader to join its growing team.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly autonomous operator to build the finance and business operations function from the ground up while working alongside experienced founders. You'll help shape how an AI-native consulting firm scales, define critical systems and processes, and play a key role in building a high-performance, talent-dense culture.

What you'll do:

• Think from first principles about how finance and operations should work inside an AI-native firm
• Own high-impact Finance and BizOps initiatives end-to-end
• Build internal systems and workflows using AI coding and low-code tools
• Partner closely with engineers to refine and scale the systems you create
• Develop new processes, tools, and operating rhythms that support rapid growth
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility from day one
• Help shape the culture and foundation of a firm built for long-term impact

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in strategic finance, business operations, consulting, or investment banking
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, private equity firm, or investment bank
• Strong track record of building processes, systems, or workflows from 0 to 1
• Ability to build complex financial models from scratch
• Experience using AI coding tools or low-code platforms to build systems
• Strong first-principles thinking and a high level of ownership
• Degree from a top-tier or target university
• Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment is a plus
