About the role
- The AI-powered lead-gen machine. You design and build the system that sources, researches, enriches, scores, and routes leads, using LLMs, agents, and the modern GTM stack rather than manual effort or armies of SDRs.
- An AI-first GTM toolchain. You constantly scan our go-to-market workflows for what can be handed to AI, and you ship those systems. The default answer is automation; humans handle the exceptions.
- The pipeline structure. You design how leads are modeled, routed, and moved through stages so the right accounts reach the right people automatically.
- Reporting infrastructure for the AI-native GTM stack. You build the data layer, views, dashboards, and MCP-style interfaces that surface pipeline health, conversion, account quality, and GTM performance to both the team and our AI agents. The goal is not just dashboards people read, but data our GTM motion can actually use.
- Clean inputs for the people downstream. Forecasting, compensation, and deep tool integrations are owned by our Ops/Data lead. Your job is to feed those workflows the data they need, and to partner closely on the handoffs.
- AI-first by default. You think in AI systems, not manual workflows. To you, every repetitive GTM process is a candidate for an agent. When you hit a task, your first question is “could an AI do this better than a human?”, and when the answer is yes, you go build it instead of staffing it. You already run your own work through AI and have replaced manual processes with agents and LLM-powered tooling.
- A builder's instinct. You reach for automation by default and are fluent with the modern GTM and AI stack: agents and LLM tooling, workflow automation, enrichment, no-code/low-code platforms, light scripting, APIs, and SQL or equivalent data fluency. You've built systems, not just operated them.
- Experience building automated lead-sourcing or outbound systems. You've stood up enrichment, scoring, or signal-based routing that delivered leads at volume, ideally with AI in the loop.
- 4 to 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in GTM engineering, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or a closely related operator role at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- CRM-literate and tooling-agnostic. You can design how data and leads flow through a CRM. We care that you can architect the system, not which logo is on it.
- Proven zero-to-one ability. You can point to a project where the brief was "figure it out" with no prior playbook.
- Comfortable in low-process, high-ambiguity environments; startup experience at pre-Series B or equivalent.
- Cross-functional influence across Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Customer Success.
- English at professional working level.
- You've built a GTM motion from nothing. Ex-founders with a go-to-market background, or early GTM/growth hires who stood up the engine before there was a team, are exactly the profile we have in mind. You know how to get to a working system with no playbook and no one to delegate to.
- You've built agentic workflows: chaining LLMs, tools, and data sources into systems that run end to end, with prompts and evals you actually maintain.
- Experience designing routing, territories, or account segmentation.
- Someone who treats AI as a buzzword or a "someday" project rather than today's default tool.
- Someone whose instinct is to solve volume problems by hiring or doing the work manually rather than building a system.
- A profile whose entire career has been inside 100+ rep commercial orgs running someone else's playbook.
- Looking for a finished stack to operate rather than a blank page to build on.
