Founding Member of Technical Staff

What you’ll do

• Design and build core systems from scratch
• Own technical decisions across the stack, from AI tools to backend architecture and deployment.
• Work on problems at the edge of AI app generation using LLMs, AI reasoning, RL-trained verifiers, enterprise AI deployments, and data integrations.
• Collaborate directly with customers and founders to drive rapid iteration and impact

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of software engineering or research experience (bonus for startup or high-growth background)
• Strong fundamentals in either AI research, AI solutioning, or full-stack engineering & system design
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
• Entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to shape a product from the ground up
