What You'll Do:
Partner with leadership to experiment with new channels, messaging, and GTM plays
Own outbound prospecting to staffing and recruiting firms, from initial research to booking qualified meetings
Build and refine target account lists, identifying the right companies and the right people within them
Craft personalized outreach that cuts through the noise and speaks to real pain points in technical hiring
Who You Are:
You're more interested in earning equity and impact than climbing a predetermined ladder
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a high-volume outbound role
You're relentless about hitting activity targets and genuinely enjoy the hunt
You're coachable, competitive, and energized by working in a fast-paced environment
