About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Build and refine expressive, real-time characters (faces, bodies, animations)
- Develop and optimize rendering pipelines, shaders, and animation systems
- Implement lip-syncing and real-time voice-driven facial/body animation
- Prototype and experiment with new visual techniques and workflows
- Collaborate with AI engineers to tightly integrate visuals with behavior and personality
- Help define the visual identity and polish of The Interface
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 3–6+ years of experience in 3D rendering, graphics, or technical art
- Are highly skilled with relevant tools (e.g. Unreal, Unity, or similar)
- Have experience with hyperrealistic or stylized rendering pipelines for games, film, or immersive media
- Understand facial rigs, lip-syncing, animation, shaders, or motion capture
- Are excited by real-time, interactive visuals — pushing beyond offline rendering
- Thrive in fast-moving, experimental environments with lots of creative ownership
