<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning and analysis across Atari's business units, including games, e-commerce, licensing, and hardware. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this individual will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in a fast-moving environment where not all systems are fully built out yet. This is a growth role and ideal for someone who blends genuine passion for games with solid financial chops and wants to grow alongside the business.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process, with hands-on ownership of spreadsheet models and financial data</li>
<li>Prepare regular financial reports and variance analyses across business units</li>
<li>Partner with and help coordinate the India-based FP&A team on day-to-day deliverables and reporting workflows</li>
<li>Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, M&A activity, and scenario planning</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of KPI dashboards and data reporting tools</li>
<li>Work cross-functionally with department heads to gather inputs and provide financial insights</li>
<li>Help identify and implement process improvements as systems and infrastructure continue to evolve</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>
<p><em>Experience</em></p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of experience in finance; FP&A, corporate reporting, or a mix of both welcome</li>
<li>Experience in the video game industry (studio, publisher, or platform) strongly preferred. A plus if you understand how games are made, distributed, and monetized</li>
<li>Exposure to multi-entity or global organizations a plus</li>
<li>Advanced Excel skills. Spreadsheets are central to this role</li>
<li>Comfort working in environments where not everything is systematized yet; a builder mindset</li>
<li>Proficiency with AI tools and enthusiasm for applying them to financial workflows</li>
<li>Familiarity with Power Query or similar dataset tools is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills with an ability to communicate financial concepts clearly</li>
</ul>
<p><em>Education</em></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field</li>
