This role drives planning cycles, translates complex data into actionable insights, and influences operational and strategic decisions through strong business partnerships, rigorous modeling, and executive-ready reporting.  Your contribution will be:  <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience partnering with business leaders and presenting insights to senior stakeholders required. </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred. </li> </ul> What’s in it for you? On target compensation refers to the base salary and applicable variable target for this role. The range is an estimate, base pay will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate's skills and experience aligned with the needs of the role. Base pay may vary based on several factors including geographic location, role specific qualifications, and seniority.
