Senior FP&A Specialist

Reporting to the&nbsp;<strong>FP&amp;A Manager</strong>, this role will own key elements of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, while partnering closely with leadership and business teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <p><strong>Financial Planning &amp; Forecasting</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans across corporate and project entities.</li> <li>Support the FP&amp;A Manager in consolidating financial projections across multiple business units and geographies.</li> <li>Build and maintain dynamic financial models to evaluate business scenarios, investment cases, and strategic initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Reporting &amp; Performance Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses against budget and forecasts.</li> <li>Translate complex financial data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for management and investors.</li> <li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor business performance, including operational and financial metrics.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Business Partnering</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with Accounting, Treasury, and Operations to align financial insights with real-world outcomes.</li> <li>Partner with project teams on CAPEX planning, cash flow forecasting, and return-on-investment analyses.</li> <li>Support cross-functional initiatives such as pricing strategies, cost optimization, and resource allocation.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Process &amp; Systems Development</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enhance FP&amp;A processes, tools, and reporting automation to support scalability and accuracy.</li> <li>Support ERP and BI tool improvements, ensuring data integrity and system integration between finance and operations.</li> <li>Document and continuously improve FP&amp;A policies, templates, and procedures.</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field.</li> <li><strong>5</strong><strong>–8 years</strong>&nbsp;of experience in FP&amp;A, Controlling, or similar analytical roles.</li> <li>Proven experience in&nbsp;<strong>budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling</strong>.</li> <li>Strong proficiency in&nbsp;<strong>Excel</strong>&nbsp;(advanced modelling skills required) and experience with ERP or BI tools (Power BI or similar).</li> <li>Solid understanding of&nbsp;<strong>financial statements</strong>, performance drivers, and cash flow dynamics.</li> <li>Ability to partner and act as a trusted advisor to operational and leadership teams.</li> <li>Fluency in&nbsp;<strong>Portuguese and English</strong>.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why You'll Love It Here:<br></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Impact</strong>: Lead world class operations at Europe’s largest and most sustainable data center.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to business development.</li> <li><strong>Flexibility</strong>: Empowered to lead with autonomy and creativity in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.</li> <li><strong>Growth</strong>: Join a company committed to innovation, professional development, and service excellence.</li> </ul> <p><strong>About Us:<br><br></strong>At Start Campus, we provide mission-critical data center services that power businesses globally.
