Voor een klant in Antwerpen-Berchem zoeken we een medior tot senior business analyst met ervaring in non-life verzekeringen. De rol focust op front-office topics, waarbij een uitstekende gebruikerservaring voor makelaars en partners centraal staat. Je zal deel uitmaken van een Agile team en nauw samenwerken met diverse stakeholders.
Business en functionele analyse binnen de verzekeringssector (non-life)
Sterke focus op User Experience (UX)
Ervaring met Agile-methodologieën (Scrum, ceremonies)
Requirements gathering en opstellen van use cases
Kennis van modelleringstechnieken zoals BPMN en UML is een plus
Communicatief, teamgericht en klantgericht
