About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, editing, and production of marketing campaigns and materials for a major global brand
- Oversee all deliverables and ensure brand consistency across brochures, social and digital assets, print collateral, POS, and more
- Work collaboratively within a multicultural team, guiding junior team members and local stakeholders
- Apply advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D rendering, pre-press, and video/motion graphics
- Manage projects, balance workloads, and ensure quality and deadlines are met
- Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, providing solutions and upholding brand standards
Skills and Experience
- Considerable experience in creative production, with a focus on print and digital design
- Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), 3D rendering, and image retouching
- Experience in agency or trade marketing environments (preferred)
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Fluent/native Polish and high proficiency in English
- Positive, proactive attitude with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
