We desire detail-oriented team members who believe in collaboration and client service.</h2> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>· Serving as PR lead on agency account</p> <p>· Strategic communication planning and direction</p> <p>· Client relationship management and counsel</p> <p>· Event planning and management</p> <p>· Integrated marketing communications collaboration across the agency</p> <p>· Crisis and risk management consultation</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required</p> <p>· 10+ years public relations experience or related experience and/or training</p> <p>· Deep agricultural communication experience required specifically in the row and specialty crops space and crop protection</p> <p>· Knowledge of the ag trade media landscape and contacts</p> <p>· Experience leading client relationships and accounts</p> <p>· Experience in developing strategies to secure national and trade media coverage</p> <p>· Experience in executive interview coaching and training, as well as counsel</p> <p>· Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral</p> <p>· Impeccable attention to detail and stellar organizational skills</p> <p>· Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills</p> <p>· Familiarity with sustainability practices and trends</p><div class="content-conclusion"><h3 class="p2">BarkleyOKRP’s <span data-teams="true">Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion + Belonging</span></h3> <ul> <li><span data-teams="true">At BarkleyOKRP, DEI+B drives work that matters.
