About the role
We are looking for a Freight Support Assistant to help the Billor cargo team. This is an administrative role that plays a key part in organizing and supporting the team’s activities, ensuring the workflow runs efficiently and aligns with Billor’s objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails professionally and efficiently.
- Make and answer calls for follow-ups with brokers and drivers, assisting in aligning information and resolving cargo-related issues.
- Assist in the weekly closure of reports and results, consolidating information for driver payments.
- Help organize and distribute client and cargo portfolios among Account Managers/Dispatchers.
- Support administrative tasks related to planning and coordinating loads.
- Ensure smooth communication between teams and contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proactivity, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English and Portuguese
- Spanish is a plus
