About the role

Workster is partnering with a leading global customer support provider to recruit a French Customer Service Advisor based in Athens or working from home anywhere in Greece. Customer Service Advisor Role – French Language (Remote or Athens Based)

  • Provide outstanding customer support in French via phone, email, and live chat for a well-known global brand.
  • Assist customers with queries about orders, products, account information, deliveries, and troubleshooting.
  • Guide customers through processes and resolve issues efficiently and empathetically.
  • Follow established procedures for escalation when necessary and ensure follow-up until resolution.
  • Accurately record and manage customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and service in line with company values.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals related to quality, productivity, and customer experience.

French Customer Support Advisor Requirements

  • Fluent in French (C1 or above) – written and spoken.
  • Good English skills (B1 or higher) for internal communication and training.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused, empathetic, and resilient approach.
  • Basic computer skills and comfort working with multiple digital tools.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centres is an advantage (not required).
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for work-from-home applicants).
  • Eligibility to live and work legally in Greece.
