French Customer Service for Digital Bank - Athens, Fully Paid Relocation

This position comes with a fully paid relocation package, providing a seamless transition to live and work in the vibrant city of Athens.

In this role, you will be a key point of contact for French-speaking customers, delivering exceptional service and resolving inquiries related to digital banking products and services. Your expertise will contribute to the bank's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in French for digital banking customers
• Assist clients with inquiries related to accounts, transactions, digital products, and security concerns
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive banking experience
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth resolution of complex cases
• Stay informed about digital banking trends, products, and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous service improvement through customer feedback and insights

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving
• Experience in banking, finance, or digital services customer support is preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to relocate to Athens; fully paid relocation assistance provided
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital banking platforms is a plus
