In this pivotal role, you will provide top-tier support to French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues related to telecommunications services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in French regarding telecommunications products and services
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, service inquiries, billing questions, and technical issues
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and with professionalism
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system
• Work closely with technical teams to address complex issues
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company products
• Participate in relocation process and adapt to working in Greece

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness and ability to relocate to Greece
• Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in telecommunications or related customer service roles is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using customer support software and CRM platforms
