About the role
A multinational company in Greece is looking for French-speaking telephone support for a well-known Jewelry company. If you speak excellent French and have excellent communication skills, read below and apply now!
Duties
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research each issue and find solutions
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls on time
- Seize opportunities to sell extra products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and attract customers
Requirements
- Excellent level of French
- Advanced level of English
- Powerful telephone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
