Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a French Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece, supporting a leading FinTech company. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in French who are passionate about providing excellent customer service in the financial technology sector. As a Customer Agent, you will assist French-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support in French through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, technical issues, and other FinTech-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Accurately record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer experience.
- Stay updated on the company’s products, services, and FinTech industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in FinTech, banking, or related industries.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, with the ability to use CRM software and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and customer-oriented attitude.
