In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to electronic products, technical support, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and friendly customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding consumer electronics products and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, warranty claims, and service scheduling.
• Record customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about the latest product developments, features, and company policies.
• Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service quality.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the consumer electronics sector.
• Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital support tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology.
