French Speaking Customer Service for Consumer Electronics Brand

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Consumer Electronics Brand. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of innovative consumer electronics.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in French via phone, email, and chat for consumer electronics inquiries
• Assist customers with product specifications, compatibility issues, and usage instructions
• Effectively resolve customer concerns and technical issues in a professional manner
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure timely resolution of complex inquiries
• Gather feedback from customers to drive improvements in our products and service
• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in consumer electronics

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for technology
• Experience in customer service, particularly in electronics or retail, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple customer inquiries efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Genuine interest in consumer electronics and helping customers with their needs
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
