French Speaking Customer Support for Leading Tech Firm - Athens, Greece

Mercier Consultancy is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Support Representative to join a leading tech firm based in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients, providing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction across a range of innovative technology products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and customer support to French-speaking clients
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the firm’s products and services
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical and customer service skills

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in technical customer support or a related field
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
