French-Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding subscription management, billing, and service features
• Document customer interactions clearly and accurately in our support systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery
• Educate clients on best practices and features of our subscription services
• Gather customer feedback to enhance our offerings and support process
• Participate in training to stay current on company policies and industry trends

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in subscription-based services or retail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric attitude and a commitment to service excellence
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
