French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will deliver expert technical and customer support to French-speaking clients using iRobot products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting product issues, providing guidance on usage and maintenance, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and assistance to French-speaking iRobot customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot devices
• Educate customers on product features, usage, and maintenance
• Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of support documentation and resources
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Previous experience in technical support, ideally in consumer electronics or related fields
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation fully covered)
