As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will support French-speaking clients throughout their rental journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality customer service to French-speaking customers by handling inquiries, bookings, and resolving any issues.
• Manage vehicle rental processes including pick-up, returns, and vehicle inspections.
• Clearly communicate rental terms, conditions, and policies to clients.
• Work collaboratively with the operations team to maintain fleet availability and service standards.
• Stay updated on fleet changes, promotions, and company procedures to assist clients effectively.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Excellent command of French (both spoken and written) is essential; English language skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or car rental industries is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computer systems and rental management software.
