What You Will Do

- Be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing technical support.
- Dive into complex issues, diagnosing and resolving them with confidence.
- Collaborate with a supportive team, sharing insights and working together to solve customer challenges.

Requirements

Who You Are:

- You are fluent in both French (C1) and English (B2).
- You have a genuine passion for technical problem-solving
- You are interested in renewable energy and sustainable technology
- You are an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts simply and clearly

Location and working hours

This is a onsite position.

• Budapest, Váci str. 1-3., DBH Flex, B building 3rd floor, 1132
• Working Hours: 9:00–18:00 (1-hour break)
• Employment Type: Full-time
