Lorien Bel Air is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for residents, families, visitors, and staff.

Pay Rate

• $15 per hour 

• Same Day Pay for all Employees!

Responsibilities

Receptionists are the first point of contact for our company. (Duties include)  

• Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly attitude. 
• Cool headed and able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner
• Administrative Tasks, as assigned
• Ensure proper protocol is followed for COVID regulations for guests and employees

Qualifications

Schedule & Availability

• Part-Time  Hours

• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM and 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM 

• Every other weekend availability required (Saturday & Sunday)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous receptionist, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment
