Role Purpose
AECC is experiencing significant growth in line with the timely changes for students and our university and college partners around the world. As we expand our global footprint, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional Front Desk Officer for our Chitwan Office, who can understand the customer’s requirements quickly and present solutions that meet their needs.
What Does This Opportunity Mean for You
- Professionally represent organization within/outside the organization and provide necessary information to internal and external customers and incoming telephone calls
- Responsible to manage the reception area
- Deal with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in telephone
- Go the extra mile to meet the targets set by the company and facilitate the future goals
- Keep a record of the calls and record useful information
- Centrally handle telephone calls and transfer to the concerned authority
- Perform other task assigned by the concerned authority
Skills and Attributes Required
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRM software and telephone systems
- Demonstrated team player
- Persistent and results-oriented

- Please note that the position requires filling in the responsibilities of a Front Desk Officer, so female candidates are preferred.
