<p><strong>Role:</strong> Front Desk Receptionist<br><strong>Location:</strong> On-site (San Francisco)<br><strong>Employment Type:</strong> Full-Time<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> $22 - $27/ hour</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Greet and check in scheduled guests upon arrival for their appointment slots</li>
<li>Coordinate with assigned EV Consultants for seamless handoff for sales consultations and delivery pickups</li>
<li>Ensure every guest receives a welcoming, professional, and efficient first impression</li>
<li>Manage and maintain the daily schedule for test drives and vehicle deliveries</li>
<li>Monitor showroom traffic and proactively communicate with the sales team to minimize wait times</li>
<li>Confirm appointments and communicate any delays or changes in real time</li>
<li>Facilitate final vehicle key hand-offs during delivery appointments</li>
<li>Collect guest feedback on their delivery experience</li>
<li>Educate customers on post-sale support via <strong>support@evercars.com</strong>, including 90-day warranty processes</li>
<li>Set clear expectations for follow-up communications and review requests</li>
<li>Proactively follow up with recent buyers to encourage positive reviews on Google, Yelp, and other platforms</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment</li>
<li>Ensure the “Coffee Zone” is stocked, clean, and welcoming for guests</li>
<li>Answer and route incoming calls, emails, and inquiries</li>
<li>Accurately track customer visits, appointments, and handoffs in internal systems</li>
<li>Support sales and operations teams with administrative tasks (data entry, paperwork, filing)</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications & Fit</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, retail, or customer-facing role</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset</li>
<li>Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Reliable, detail-oriented, and punctual</li>
<li>Ability to operate with ownership and minimal supervision</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Technical Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)</li>
<li>Experience using CRM or scheduling tools is a plus</li>
<li>Comfortable using Slack or similar communication tools</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in automotive, dealership, retail, or hospitality environments</li>
<li>Bilingual (English + Spanish or other languages) is a plus</li>
</ul>
