Front Desk Receptionist - Wellness Center Medellín

We're opening a new wellness space in Medellín dedicated to transformative sauna and ice bath experiences. You'll be the face and heart of our center—the person who makes every guest feel welcomed, cared for, and excited about their wellness journey.

This is more than a front desk role. You're creating the first impression and setting the tone for how people experience our space. If you're someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, brings positive energy, and knows how to make others feel at ease, this is your place.

The schedule is rotating, which means you'll work different shifts throughout the week to help us serve our clients across all hours we're open.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with genuine warmth and create a positive first impression
• Manage reservations, check-ins, and daily scheduling
• Answer client questions and guide them through their experience
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
• Process payments and handle basic transactions
• Communicate with team members to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, messaging, and in person
• Support daily operations and help maintain the wellness-focused atmosphere

Requirements

• Based in Medellín and available for full-time on-site work (Poblado)
• Flexible availability for rotating shifts
• Genuinely friendly, warm, and easy to be around
• Enjoy interacting with people and making them feel special
• Spontaneous, with natural positive energy that puts people at ease
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or similar roles
• Interested in wellness, fitness, and healthy living
• Comfortable using mobile devices, booking systems, and payment tools
• Well-presented, professional appearance
• Comfortable working directly with clients throughout the day
